We are the makers & shakers of gourmet cuisine at farmer's markets around Brisbane. Our master-chef, Lutz Zschommler, makes German roesti and salsas with the freshest all-natural ingredients to keep your tummy satisfied. You can find Lutz and his team each week at the West End Farmers market every Saturday, and the Boggo Road Gaol Markets each Sunday! Drop in for crispy roesti made fresh on the spot with healthy happy toppings such as the freshly poached eggs 'Henrietta' , or add some bacon to that for the 'Bad Boy Bacon & Eggs'.
